Children’s and Minors’ Data

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without legally sufficient parental consent. Account and contact information, including name, mailing address, email address, phone number, username, profile information, organization name, channel information, and other contact information you provide us.
Payment and transaction information, including credit or debit card information, billing contact information, records of purchases, subscriptions, donations, tips, and other transactions made through or in connection with the Services, and limited payment-related information we receive from payment processors such as Stripe. We do not typically receive or store full payment card numbers.
Account history, including information about your account registration, subscriptions, account information, transactions, purchases, donations, tips, saved content, followed channels, and other transaction or usage history associated with your account.
Demographic information that you choose to provide or that we may infer in a limited manner from your use of the Services, such as age, gender, language preference, general location, education, family or marital status, or similar information where permitted by law.
Location information, including general geographic location such as country, state, region, or city derived from your IP address or device settings, and precise geolocation if you enable location-based features and grant the required device permissions.
Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, app version, mobile network information, and other device information.
Content and information you elect to provide as part of your profile, channel, organization application, support requests, surveys, comments, messages, reports, or other communications sent through the Services or to us.
Images, audio, livestreams, recordings, and videos that you upload, submit, transmit, or store in connection with the Services, including profile images and organization content.
Identity verification information, such as government-issued identification details or tax-related information, if reasonably necessary for organization onboarding, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment-related verification.
Inference data, preferences, and other information drawn from any of the information identified above to help us personalize, secure, and improve the Services, to the extent permitted by law. Additional information for California residents is provided in the California Privacy Notice below.

Some of the information identified above, such as account credentials, precise geolocation, government-issued identification information, financial account or payment-related information, and certain communications content, may be considered sensitive personal data or sensitive personal information under applicable law. We collect and use sensitive personal data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate our business, comply with law, prevent fraud and misuse, or for other purposes permitted by law, and where required, with your consent. If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect certain information, we may not be able to provide requested features or services.

We may also collect:

Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), videos, channels, pages, and features that you view, search for, stream, save, or interact with; page response times, download errors, streaming quality metrics, length of visits, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from a page.

If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.

How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data

You Provide Information to Us
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, apply for or administer an organization account, church account, ministry account, content creator account, or other account, subscribe to the Services or content offered through the Services, make a purchase through the Services, make or facilitate a donation, send to the Company an amount of money for the purpose of expressing your satisfaction with the Services (“Tip), complete forms, participate in surveys, promotions, beta programs, events, or other programs, contact customer support, or create, upload, stream, post, save, or share content through the Services.

Automatically Through Our Services
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, browser type, app activity, device identifiers, and information collected through cookies, software development kits, pixels, web beacons, log files, and other tracking technologies, including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, viewing activity, search activity, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

We or our partners may use certain automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites, apps, or other online services for analytics, advertising, measurement, and related purposes, subject to your rights and choices under applicable law.

Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

Your internet or mobile service provider.
Payment processors, streaming and content delivery providers, social media platforms, measurement providers, and other technology partners.

From Business Partners and Service Providers

We may also receive information from organizations, churches, ministries, nonprofits, or other entities that interact with you through the Services, such as when they administer channels, content, subscriptions, or donation opportunities.

Fulfill and manage subscriptions, purchases, donations, Tips, payments, account administration, and related transactions.

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:

You can also choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect information through other certain tracking technologies through available cookie or privacy settings. Location Data. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly.

Your State Privacy Rights

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights may submit a request to the contact email listed below. However, please know we do not currently sell data in a manner that we believe triggers that statute’s opt-out requirements.

However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

How We Retain Your Personal Data

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA“), applies.
